Holly's dance career spans over 12 years and has taken her around the world performing onboard some of the most prestigious cruise liners, TV and blockbuster films and international and UK tours. Dance is her passion and has always played a huge part in her life, for work and for health and fitness reasons.
Holly's career in nutrition and fitness grew naturally from her background as a professional dancer. Working in a competitive industry with high physical demands, Holly understands the importance of good fitness and nutrition on one's health and wellbeing.
Highly qualified as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Pre and Post Natal Specialist and Nutrition coach, Holly is a passionate advocate of exercise for enjoyment. She believes keeping fit and the process should be fun, something to look forward to and leave you feeling empowered.
Her dynamic classes and personal training programmes have been created by drawing upon her illustrious industry experience to provide creative, engaging and varied sessions that produce long lasting results.
